As of April 30, 2016, approximately $0.3 million or 98 percent of total uninvoiced materials and services of $0.3 million, included in accrued liabilities, were due to Zheng Ge. As discussed in Notes 2 and 3 above, we dispute our obligation to pay Zheng Ge due to the recall of the Bronx product.
