Miton Group plc ('MGR'), the AIM quoted fund management company, has today been advised that the following director completed the purchase of shares in the Company on 1 December 2014 as follows:
· Lord Wade of Chorlton has acquired 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 21 p each.
Following this transaction Lord Wade of Chorlton holds 1,001,386 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.59 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
