Completion of Sale of Liverpool Business and Change of Registered Office
Miton Group plc announces that it yesterday successfully completed the sale of its Liverpool fund management business, Miton Capital Partners Limited ("MCPL"), to Seneca Investment Managers Limited as announced on 24 January 2014. Total assets under management of MCPL were £446m as at 28 February 2014.
With effect from 1 April 2014 the Registered Office for the Company will change to 51 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6BH.
