Miton Group plc ("Miton" or "Group") today announces that George Godber and Georgina Hamilton have served notice to resign as employees of the Group. They have contractual notice periods of twelve months and six months respectively.
As at 31 March 2016 total unaudited Group AuM was £3,032 million and the AuM for CF Miton UK Value Opportunities Fund was £869 million.
Miton's focus continues to be on looking after the best interests of its clients as it recruits replacement portfolio managers.
