Further to the announcement made on 21 September 2017, the Company announces that Jim Pettigrew has today been appointed to the Board as Non-Executive Director and Chairman. Jim has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
The Company also announces that Ian Dighé has today retired from the Board as Non-Executive Chairman. The Board would like to thank Ian for his stewardship over the last seven years which covered a period of considerable change for the Company. He leaves with the Board's gratitude.
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in connection with Mr Pettigrew's appointment to the Company's Board.
