| Restructuring Charges | Restructuring Charges On April 14, 2016, we entered into a sublease agreement to lease approximately 10,362 square feet of our 108,743 square foot headquarters facility located in Waltham, Massachusetts. During the quarter ended June 25, 2016, we recorded a $0.5 million sublease loss liability and related expenses of $0.2 million for the expected loss on the sublease, in accordance with ASC 840-20, Leases, because the monthly payments we expect to receive under the sublease are less than the amounts that we will owe the lessor for the sublease space. The sublease term is less than the remaining term under the original lease, and thus we do not believe we have met a cease use date as we may re-enter the space following the sublease. The fair value of the liability was determined using the estimated future net cash flows, consisting of the minimum lease payments to the lessor for the sublease space and payments we will receive under the sublease. The sublease loss was recorded as part of restructuring expense in the consolidated statement of operations. The following table presents the change in restructuring liability from December 31, 2016 to July 1, 2017 (in thousands):
