Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces the following transactions by certain persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") of the Company pursuant to the Tender Offer, further full details of which are set out in the circular published by the Company on 19 June 2026 (the "Circular") and the results of which were announced on 22 July 2026.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those set out in the Circular.
The following PDMRs and their persons closely associated (PCA) have participated in the Tender Offer and Share Capital Restructuring ("CR"), as follows:
