Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
P2P Global Investments plc ("P2PGI" or the "Company") announces that on 16 February 2018 it purchased 26,000 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") all at a price of 807.0 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 7,437,397 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 78,869,406.
