With effect from 15 July 2025, Panmure Liberum Limited is appointed as the Science Group plc Nominated Adviser and sole Broker.

The Board anticipates appointing a second Broker in the coming months to revert to a joint Broker arrangement.

Science Group anticipates releasing the Interim Results for the period ended 30 June 2025 on Monday 28 July 2025.
