Total Voting Rights and Block Admission Interim Review

 

Sound Energy, the Moroccan focused upstream company, announces, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the following information as at 30 September 2019.

 

As at 30 September  2019 the Company had 1,079,612,264 Ordinary Shares in issue with no shares held in treasury. This is the total number of voting rights in Sound Energy and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

Block Admission Interim Review

 

The Company also makes the following notification pursuant to Rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements:

1.  Block admission to satisfy the issue of Ordinary Shares from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company in 2015 to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at a price of 24.0p per new Ordinary Share ("2015 Warrants").

2.   Block admission to satisfy the issue of Ordinary Shares from time to time pursuant to the exercise of warrants issued by the Company in 2016 to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at a price of 30.0p per new Ordinary Share ("2016 Warrants").

3.   Block admission to satisfy the issue of Ordinary Shares from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options issued by the Company to certain of the Company's employees to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares ("Share Options").
