Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Settlement and Legal We are not currently a party to any on-going legal proceedings, and we are not aware of any claims or actions pending or the future, we might from time to time become involved in litigation relating to claims arising from our ordinary course of business, the resolution of which we do not anticipate would have a material adverse impact on our financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
