Pursuant to Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, the Company has been notified by Mr David Coghlan, chairman of the Company, that on 7 May 2014 the board of Phoenix Vehicle Hire Limited ("PVH"), a private company of which Mr Coghlan is a non-executive director, appointed Begbies Traynor as administrators of PVH.
