Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, l eisure and mobility products, announces that it has today been notified that Simon Bragg, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 190.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 June 2025.

As a result, Simon Bragg, is now interested in a total of 987,471 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.9% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
