and a wholly owned subsidiary of
UnitedHealth Group Incorporated ("unitedhealth group")
DE-LISTING AND CANCELLATION OF TRADING OF EMIS SHARES
Further to the announcement made by the Boards of EMIS and Bidco on 27 October 2023 that the Scheme has become Effective, the Boards of EMIS and Bidco announce that, following an application by EMIS, the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the listing of EMIS Shares on AIM and has cancelled the trading of EMIS Shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market, in each case with effect from 7.00 a.m. (London time) today, 30 October 2023.
Defined terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the scheme document sent to EMIS Shareholders dated 8 July 2022.
