Change of Directorate Position
IDE Group Holdings plc (LSE:IDE, "Company" or "IDE") announces that Andy Parker stepped down from his role as Executive Chairman to become the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, with effect from 1 June 2020. Ian Smith remains as Executive Director and the Group recently appointed Mark Fletcher as Chief Financial Officer, a non-board position.
