£125,000,000 4.68 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2051 - New Bond Sale

Thrive Homes Finance Plc has today executed two Forward Purchase Agreements in connection with the sale of £75,000,000 of bonds, to form part of a further issue of £75,000,000 4.68 per cent Secured Bonds due 2051 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £125,000,000 4.68 Secured Bonds due 2051). It is expected that the proceeds, including an amount representing accrued interest, will be received in two amounts, on 31 March 2022 and 30 September 2022.
