Thrive Homes Limited (the Original Borrower) have completed today on the acquisition of circa 530 properties from a London based Housing Association. The Original Borrower will continue to manage these properties. This acquisition helps remove development risk from its plan as its off the shelf and also further its growth and strengthen the Balance Sheet. Ultimately this means Thrive will continue with the supply of affordable homes in its area of operation. Further communications will also be shared on our website.
