Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that on 1 October 2024, James Roberts, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 16,675 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 59.85 pence per share.
In addition, on 2 October 2024 Tanya Raynes, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 4,939 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60.73 pence per share.
Following these transactions, James Roberts, has a total beneficial interest in 654,163 Ordinary Shares representing 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital. Tanya Raynes holds a total of 36,776 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
