Wentworth Resources Limited : Notification of Trade

On December 17, 2015, Wentworth Resources Limited ("Wentworth") issued
2,000,000 share options to certain of the company's officers and employees, each
giving the right to subscribe for one common share of no par value in Wentworth.
The share options have a strike price of NOK 3.85 and may be exercised as 1/3 of
the Options per year for 3 years starting on the anniversary date of the grant
and expire 10 years from the date of grant.
