Notification of Trade / Director Dealings

Wentworth, the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: WRL) and AIM (AIM: WRL) listed
independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas company, was notified on the 18
November, 2016 of the following transactions by directors of the Company:

On 18 November, 2016 Mr. Geoffrey Bury, Managing Director of the Company,
acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of NOK 2.15 per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition,
Mr. Bury has an interest in 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Bury also holds 1,900,000 share
options in the Company.

On November 18, 2016, Mr. Lance Mierendorf, Chief Financial Officer, acquired
60,000 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of GBP 0.21 per Ordinary Share. Following the acquisition, Mr.
Mierendorf has an interest in 110,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Mierendorf also holds
1,300,000 share options in the Company.

The notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
