Results of Special Meeting

Wentworth, the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE: WRL) and AIM (AIM: WRL) listed
independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas company, is pleased to announce that
all resolutions were duly passed at the Company's Special Meeting held on 2
October 2018 in London, United Kingdom. A copy of the minutes of the meeting
will be available on the Company's website, www.wentworthresources.com.

Proxies were received by the Company from shareholders prior to the meeting as
follows:
