LTIP Option Awards
On 21 March 2014 Tribal Group plc (the "Company") granted nil-cost options over a total of 555,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.59% of the Company's issued shares) to members of the senior management team under the terms of its 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.
All of the awards are subject to a performance condition measured over a 3 year period ending on 31 December 2016.
This notification is being made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4.
