General Meeting Results and Total Voting Rights
United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: "UOG"), the oil and gas company with a high impact exploration asset in Jamaica and a development asset in the UK is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today, all resolutions, as set out in the circular dated 8 October 2025, were duly passed.

Accordingly, the conditional Fundraising, which was announced on 7 October 2025, will complete on the admission to trading of the Placing and Subscriptions Shares at which time the Placing Warrants will also be granted.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing and Subscription Shares comprising 1,552,532,979 new ordinary shares of £0.00001 each, to be admitted to trading on AIM with dealings expected to commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on 28 October 2025.
Total Voting Rights ("TVR")
The Company's total issued share capital immediately following Admission will be 4,065,855,202 ordinary shares of £0.00001 each carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares currently held in treasury. Accordingly, from the admission the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 4,065,855,202 and this figure may then be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
Unless otherwise defined therein, the capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in the Company's Circular dated 8 October 2025.
