BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG goes below the 5 % share notification threshold 


In the course of the current share buyback programme, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING
AG had acquired, on July 11, 2007, a 5.05 % holding of its own shares. The
bought back shares were used to pay part of the purchase price for
SolveDirect Internet-Service GmbH, Vienna. Consequently the holding of the
company's own shares was again reduced to less than 5 % on August 03, 2007
(value date August 06, 2007).

Through the take-over of SolveDirect, BRAIN FORCE have extended their
product portfolio in the Software as a Service (SaaS) growth market and
strengthened their position in the field of IT Management Software.
