BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG publishes preliminary results on second quarter and
H1 of 2007

The product revenues as well as the associated project business in the
technology and infrastructure sectors in Germany did not meet the
expectations in the second quarter as well. Therefore, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING
AG will perform a balance restructuring with respect to valuation of equity
holdings and capitalized services. This will result in value adjustments of
approx. 10 M€ which will impact the second quarter result.

Consequently, the group will adjust the prognosis for the ongoing fiscal
year 2007; results are expected as follows: Revenues 100 to 105 M€, EBITDA
4.0 to 5.0 M€, EBIT - 9.0 to -11.0 M€.

The management board has already taken action such as cost reduction,
structural changes and personnel changes in the German leadership team.

The final figures for H1 will be published on August 27, 2007.
