The BRAIN FORCE group confirms the preliminary results on the second
quarter 2007 (ending on June 30, 2007) which were announced on August 17,
2007:

Although EBITDA has marginally recovered in the second quarter, the product
sales and the associated project business in the technology and
infrastructure sectors in Germany were far behind expectations.

This development leads to value adjustments of 9.3 M. EUR relating to BRAIN
FORCE B.V., Netherlands, BRAIN FORCE Frankfurt GmbH and BRAIN FORCE
Software GmbH, both in Germany. While the value adjustment relates
exclusively to the technology and infrastructure sectors, Enterprise
Services including Managed Services and Business Solutions including BRAIN
FORCE FINAS Suite solutions are not affected.

The equity ratio as per June 30, 2007 is 46 percent. Liquid assets
available at short term come up to 15.3 M. EUR. As of the reference date
the company group has no net indebtedness.
