BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG informs that the 78. Meeting of the supervisory
Board decided on September 4th to recall the CEO, Helmut Fleischmann with
immediate effect. Günter Pridt, former CEO of IBM Austria, from 2001 to
2004 COO of BRAIN FORCE  and since 2004 member of the Supervisory Board,
has been appointed as interim CEO until the 31 December 2007.
Wolfgang Lippert remains in his position as CFO of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG.
