BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (ISIN: AT0000820659) has been notified that CROSS
Industries AG ('CROSS'), Edisonstraße 1, 4600 Wels, has integrated its 100%
shareholding in
BF Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. in BEKO HOLDING
AG, within the context of a capital increase through a
contribution in kind using existing authorised capital. As a result of this
transaction, CROSS has acquired a controlling influence in BEKO HOLDING AG.

The voting rights in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG held by BEKO HOLDING AG, in
which CROSS has a controlling influence (§ 22 Austrian Takeover Act), has
exceeded the threshold of 50%, to the extent that BEKO HOLDING AG now has
53.14% as per 30 September 2008 of the voting rights in 
BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG. In addition, CROSS directly controls 0.63% of the
voting rights in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG
