With notification of 30 September 2008 pursuant to § 91 BörseG  CROSS
Industries AG announced that

  - it acquired a controlling interest in BEKO HOLDING AG on 30 September
    2008 (§ 22 ÜbG)

  - the voting rights of BEKO HOLDING AG in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG on 30
    September 2008 exceeded the threshold of 50%, and that it now holds
    approx. 53.14% of the voting rights

  - it continues to hold 0.63% of the voting rights in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING
    AG directly.

BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (ISIN: AT0000820659) has now been notified that
CROSS Industries AG is jointly controlled by Pierer GmbH, Edisonstraße 1,
4600 Wels, and Knünz GmbH, Pfarrgasse 7, 6850 Dornbirn. The sole
shareholder and managing director of Pierer GmbH is DI Stefan Pierer. The
sole shareholder and managing director of Knünz GmbH is Dr. Rudolf Knünz.

As a consequence of the control which CROSS Industries AG has secured over
BEKO HOLDING AG, the voting rights of Pierer GmbH and of Knünz GmbH in
BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG which can be exercised indirectly via CROSS
Industries AG and BEKO HOLDING AG, as well as the voting rights of Mr DI
Stefan Pierer and Dr. Rudolf Knünz in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG which are
exercised indirectly via Pierer GmbH and Knünz GmbH, CROSS Industries AG
and BEKO HOLDING AG respectively, exceeded  the threshold of 50 % on 30
September 2008 (voting rights: approx. 53.77 %).
