Preliminary results of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG for the 2007 financial year 

In the last financial year, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG achieved net sales of
EUR 98.3 million, i.e., a YoY increase of 11%. In the fourth quarter of
2007, net sales accounted for EUR 26.9 million which is slightly above
budget and an increase of 6% over the same period in 2006.

In 2007, EBITDA was EUR 320,000 and EUR 2.4 million before reorganisation
expenses. As already announced, this figure is clearly below EUR 6.5
million for the whole year of 2006. In Q4 alone, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG
achieved an EBITDA of EUR 1.9 million, which is some 31% below the figure
for the previous year.

The annual EBIT was EUR -16.7 million and EUR -2.6 million before
reorganisation expenses and non-recurring write-offs which is almost
exactly the amount announced in November. For Q4, this equals a positive
EBIT of EUR 716,000.

In order to ensure maximum transparency for all shareholders against the
background of the takeover bid announced by BF Informationstechnologie
Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. which is jointly owned by Unternehmens
Invest AG and Cross Holding AG as majority shareholders, the BRAIN FORCE
HOLDING AG Executive Board has decided to publicise preliminary results
without giving advance notice in the financial calendar. Final figures
including the results for the period, balance sheet and cash flow as well
as an outlook for this year will be announced as intended on the occasion
of the annual results press conference on March 27, 2008.
