BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (ISIN AT0000820659) (the 'Company') was informed
that BF Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. on January
30, 2008 acquired 2,468,984 shares in the company which secured 16.05% of
the voting rights.
BF Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. thereby holds
voting rights and interests in the company in excess of 15% but not over
20%.

BF Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. is owned by
Unterneh-mens Invest AG (49%) and CROSS Industries AG (2%). Immediately
after registration in the commercial register, IT-Managementgesellschaft
m.b.H. & Co. KG, which is currently being established, will acquire the
remaining 49%. CROSS Industries AG holds shares of some 51% in Unternehmens
Invest AG. IT-Managementgesellschaft m.b.H. & Co. KG is held by
institutional and private investors as limited partners.
