Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. on March 26, 2008
acquired 201,640 shares in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (ISIN: AT0000820659)
which secure some 1.31% of the voting rights in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG.
Including previously acquired shares, BF
Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. thereby holds
3,943,640 shares, i.e., voting rights and interests in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING
AG of approx. 25.63%.

As already announced BF Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft
m.b.H. signed on February 11, 2008 a voting agreement for 874,364 shares
(approx. 5.68%) in BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG subject to the approval of the
Antitrust Division. If the antitrust approval is agreed, BF
Informationstechnologie-Beteiligungsgesellschaft m.b.H. will hold some
31.31% of voting rights.
