On May 13, 2009, the Supervisory Board of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG approved
the extension of the expiring contract of Chief Executive Officer Günter
Pridt until December 31, 2011. 'Following the restructuring and
repositioning carried out over the last two years, BRAIN FORCE has a sound
basis on which to operate as well as motivated and highly qualified
employees. I am pleased to be able to guide the company through this
difficult economic period together with the other members of the management
team, and thank the Supervisory Board for this renewed vote of confidence',
CEO Günter Pridt commented following his contract extension today.
