In its meeting held on December 16, 2010, the Supervisory Board of BRAIN
FORCE HOLDING AG resolved to extend the contracts of the Management Board
members Michael Hofer and Thomas Melzer until the end of the 2011/12 fiscal
year i.e. until September 30, 2012, in order to ensure continuity in the
company's top management.
