Total voting rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company announces that, as at 31 July 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 183,185,336 ordinary shares of 25 pence each. All ordinary shares have voting rights and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Accordingly, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
