GERICOM reports preliminary revenue figures for Q3 Ad-hoc-announcement transmitted by DGAP. SDAX listed GERICOM AG announces preliminary revenue figures for the third quarter of 2003 of roughly 90 mio EUR (2002: 133.9 mio EUR). Reasons for this are an escalating pricing rivalry as well as a persistent purchasing restraint of the consumer during the summer months. In contrast the order backlog as of September 30th 2003 has developed more than positive. With 114.4 mio EUR it stands at a record level and about 20% above last year’s 95.2 mio EUR. Thus the company feels confident to be able to reach its 2003 revenue target of 500 mio EUR. GERICOM will release the complete 9-months-report on November 13th.
