Directorate change
The Company announces that Niels Carlsen has resigned as a non-executive director, with immediate effect, to pursue his other business interests.
John Weston, Chairman of Windar Photonics, commented:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Niels for his contribution to the Group’s development from a development company to a company listed on AIM. Niels has been on the board of Windar Photonics A/S as a representative of SEED Capital Denmark since its investment in 2011. We wish him well in his new more senior role within SEED Capital.”
