Board Appointment

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, announces that Stuart Simms, currently Group CEO of XLMedia, has been appointed to the Board as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Stuart joined XLMedia as Chief Executive Officer on 2 October 2019. Prior to joining XLMedia, Stuart held several board and senior executive positions, including as Chief Executive Officer, of Rakuten Marketing ("Rakuten"), one of the world's largest performance marketing companies.
