Notifications pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Circumstances giving rise to the notifications

Further to the Company’s announcement on Thursday, 23 May 2013 regarding bonuses payable to the executive directors that served throughout the financial period ended 1 April 2013 (and their complete or partial settlement in shares), the following have today, 18 June 2013, been issued with the number of A ordinary shares of 12.5p each appearing next to his name:

Peter Whitehead (Finance Director) 12,365
Patrick Dardis (Retail Director – Young’s) 6,801
Rupert Clevely (non-executive but was the Managing Director Geronimo Inns) 3,081

The shares were issued at 827.5p per share, being the market price as shown in today’s Financial Times (on-line version).

Additionally, the following have today subscribed at nominal value for the number of A ordinary shares of 12.5p each appearing next to his name – they were entitled to do this having elected to take the cash element of their bonus in shares:

Peter Whitehead (Finance Director) 6,182

All of the shares have been issued credited as fully paid and will rank equally in all respects with the A ordinary shares then in issue except for rights which attach to those shares by reference to a record time or date prior to the time or date of issue.

Notifications pursuant to rule 17 of the AIM Rules

Each of the executive directors notified the Company today of his interest in shares in the Company (as described above).

The Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission of the shares referred to above (plus an additional 3,624 that are to be issued to a senior manager under one of the Company’s share schemes) and it is expected that their admission will become effective on 24 June 2013.
