Circumstances giving rise to the notifications
Stephen Goodyear, the Company’s Non-executive Chairman, has sold 17,958 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital as follows:
- 14,758 shares were sold yesterday at £16.040529 per share; and
- 3,200 shares were sold today at £16.10 per share.
The majority of the shares were sold in connection with a tax liability that Stephen Goodyear had relating to a deferred annual bonus share award that was made to him in June 2016.
Of the 3,200 shares referred to above that were sold today:
- 1,600 were acquired by Nicholas Miller, a Non-executive Director of the Company; and
- 1,600 were acquired by Emma Louise Miller, Nicholas Miller’s wife.
