In 2016, Torquil Sligo-Young (Information Resources Director) was granted an option over 933 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital pursuant to the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. The option exercise price is 964p per share. The option has been exercised in full today.

Torquil has today gifted 933 A ordinary shares to his spouse, Rachel Sligo-Young (a person closely associated with him).

As a result, the Company today received the notifications set out below.
