Change of Auditor

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio production group, announces that the Board has approved the appointment of HaysMac LLP ("HaysMac") as the Company's auditor, succeeding RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM").

RSM ceases to hold office as the Company's auditor and has confirmed there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.

HaysMac will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. The appointment of HaysMac as auditor for the following financial year will be subject to approval by the shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Company.
