Adval Tech intends to adapt its voting right restrictions for shareholders

Niederwangen, May 25, 2012, 7 a.m. – The Adval Tech Group has defined the points for the agenda for the ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 19, 2012. In addition to other business, the agenda includes a proposal by the Board of Directors to ease the voting right restriction for shareholders from 5% to 10%.

As announced in the press release on April 18, 2012, the Board of Directors and Executive Management of Adval Tech Group have carefully examined a number of options for strengthening the company’s capital base. After evaluating the possibilities, the Board of Directors has decided not to propose a capital increase at the present time and to press on with the Group’s focusing.
