AEVIS VICTORIA SA holds a participation of 4.6% in LifeWatch AG

LifeWatch AG announced that 82.8% of the overall 4’994’019 new registered shares have been taken up by existing shareholders at the subscription price of CHF 9.00 per share. The remaining 857’089 new registered shares were purchased at the subscription price by AEVIS VICTORIA SA, in line with the agreements made.

AEVIS VICTORIA SA today holds a participation of 4.6% in LifeWatch AG, which is developing its investments in the field of telemedicine.
