AEVIS VICTORIA SA
/ Key word(s): Half Year Results
Press release Fribourg, 1 September 2025 AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS.SW) – Swiss Medical Network – Revenue increased by more than 20% in the first half of 2025 despite challenging conditions The development of integrated care regions continues with Aare-Netz As of 30 June 2025, Swiss Medical Network’s consolidated revenue reached CHF 501.4 million, an increase of 20.1%. Net revenue amounted to CHF 426.2 million, an increase of 20.7% compared to the first half of the previous year. This excellent performance is due to controlled organic growth of 1.1% and, above all, the successful integration of Spital Zofingen and CentroMedico. This demonstrates the relevance and effectiveness of Swiss Medical Network’s expansion model, particularly in the outpatient and regional sectors. Swiss Medical Network’s EBITDAR for the first half-year is expected to be in the range of CHF 77 to 80 million, up from the previous year, representing a margin of over 18%, despite the dilutive effect linked to the integration of new entities whose efficiency has not yet been optimized. The development of the integrated care model is continuing actively: following the Réseau de l’Arc in the Jura Arc and Rete Sant’Anna in Ticino, the third integrated region, Aare-Netz, in Aargau, has been announced. This confirms the group’s regional roots and growth strategy. The complete and detailed half-year report of AEVIS VICTORIA will be published on 18 September 2025. On that day, AEVIS VICTORIA will participate in Investora Zurich, an event dedicated to investors and analysts, where it will present its 2025 half-year results at 10:50 a.m.
