Subsequent Events:	11. Subsequent Events: On August 6, 2012, we acquired the assets of Cloud 9 Wireless, Inc. for $3.5 million plus other contingent consideration. Cloud 9 provides Wi-Fi sponsorship and location-based advertising at more than 6,000 airports, hotels, bars and restaurants, and recreational areas in the U.S. and Canada. Due to the timing of the closing, we have not completed the purchase accounting associated with the acquisition as of the date of this report.
