Warwick Valley Telephone Company (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing
that Institutional Shareholder Services and Glass Lewis & Co. have recommended that
investors vote against a dissident shareholder proposal.
The Company’s press release announcing this recommendation is attached to this Current
Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
