Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Himalaya Shipping Ltd. to trading on Euronext Expand.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading must satisfy the admission requirements on Oslo Børs. The President and CEO of Oslo Stock Exchange determines the first day of listing, no later than 25th of July 2022.
