Himalaya Shipping Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to have been approved for
trading at Euronext Expand Oslo, with the expected first day of trading on 29
April 2022.
In connection with the uplisting, the Company has prepared a prospectus, which

In connection with the listing and as a consequence of the implementation of the
EU's Central Securities Depositories Regulation (the "CSDR"), the Company has
today implemented the register of beneficial owners of its shares kept by DNB
Bank ASA (as nominee for Euronext Securities Oslo) in Euronext Securities Oslo
(the VPS) as its branch register under Bermuda law. As such, shares formerly
recorded to DNB Bank ASA (as nominee for Euronext Securities Oslo) in the
Company's register of members are now recorded to the shareholders registered in
Euronext Securities Oslo, allowing such shareholders direct shareholder rights
in the Company. As such, the Company has ensured its compliance with the changed
registration regime for registration of securities with a central securities
depository following the implementation of CSDR in Norway and the approval of
Euronext Securities Oslo as a central securities depository thereunder.
