The Company has agreed to convert the index-linked time charter for the Mount
Etna to a fixed rate time charter at a rate of approximately US$38,800 per
day, gross, from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
In addition, the above vessel will continue to earn scrubber benefits
according to the terms of the existing time charter agreement.
From October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 the Company has 6 vessels fixed at
an average rate of approximately US$36,300 per day, gross.
